Reply with your preferred designs. After approval, we create your online fundraiser page and confirm the artwork, campaign dates and fulfillment options before you share your ordering link.
03 — Share with your community
Invite supporters to purchase through your link. Most campaigns run for 2–3 weeks. Social media marketing materials are available to support promotion.
04 — Fulfill orders and support your cause
We prepare the kits for the agreed shipping or pickup plan. Your organization receives its fundraising earnings according to the payout arrangement confirmed during approval.

A few things to know before applying.
Is this a live paint party?
The core fundraiser is an online paint kit sale. Supporters receive materials and instructions to paint. If you want a live group session as well, mention it in your application so we can discuss availability and any separate cost.
What comes in a fundraiser kit?
A canvas with a printed design or tracer where applicable, paints, brushes, a disposable apron, and step-by-step instructions. Designs and kit options are confirmed during campaign setup.
Do we have to buy a sample first?
No. The $50 two-size sample is optional and separate from the no-upfront-cost fundraising program. Select Fundraisers when ordering so we can choose suitable example designs.
When will kits arrive and earnings be paid?
We confirm production, delivery, and payout arrangements during approval. The usual 2–3-week campaign period is the selling window, not a delivery guarantee.
